Both the M22 and the M9 pass by 201 East Broadway.

or

Take the F train to the East Broadway stop. Walk two blocks east up East Broadway.

By Car:

FDR Drive South to Grand street exit. Make right and go to the 4^th light. Make left on to East Broadway. Go three blocks and it is on the left side.

FDR Drive North to Houston Street. Make left on to Houston and another quick left back on to the FDR Drive service road south. Go to Grand street. Follow directions above.
